Zero is correct they already know Kabuto is the one using Edo tensei as they have orders to genjutsu him. However I have always thought they will use another special team to go after him once they clear out some of the Zetsu's. The reason they cant sense him is because he is in another country. There sensor ability might be huge but still has a limited range

Naruto in Sage mode, Kiba's sense of smell or the Aubrame clans bugs would probably be the best bet at of finding him. However its also naive to think he is not protected by some spare Edo's. Any team going in better be Elite and you will need a Genjutsu specialist who can really throw down.

- Personally I would send in a Team of 8-10 shinobi minimum (12 would be best) with at least 3 jounin level (5 would be best) ninja but more would be smart.

Somebody remind me again, what are the properties of the white Zetsu parasites? Madara has them on Kabuto, unbeknownst to him.

No, they clearly know that Kabuto is the one responsible for the ET. He already appeared before them with one of his zombies and had encountered tsuchikage. They even mention that they should use genjutsu on Kabuto to stop it. The only ones that don't know, are the zombies itself.

Aside from the being a means of tracking someone and possibly siphoning chakra away from people, what the white Zetsu parasites do beyond that? Who knows.

The 4 soul sealing methods to take care of the Edo Tensei Zombies that are known so far, are Shiki Fuuin (the dead demon seal), Rinnegan's Human Path, Susanoo's sword of Totskano no Tsurugi, and the most badass of em all, Gedou Mazou.

Other options include genjutsu on Kabuto, the Edo Tensei wielder, incapacitating their movements/summoning like done with zabuza/haku, and if the bind is weak enough for them to find their peace and release their souls from the Edo Tensei bind themselves, like with Sasori and Shin.

The one we've yet to find out about is Sai/Root's fuuinjutsu which may or may not seal souls.

Nowhere as far as I know unless I missed some important information in the manga somewhere.

It is stated in manga chapter 481: Nidaime says that they're being pursued by the "Golden Horn squad" which translated to japanese is "Kinkaku force".
This means that it was a squad led by Kinkaku who killed tobirama senju.
