Where does it state that Sakura's parents arent ninjas? They could very well be ninjas, or at least one of them could be.

there is a place i remember ,where sakura tells sasuke that she is also having the same solitude,.. and she understands sasuke.. and the woman voice could very well not be her mother .. coz its never mentioned as mother i think and it can be her aunt too..

also there is another area where tsunade mentions that sarutobi teamed the rookies on basis of ancestors or parents..i hope so ..

and also there is a possibility of plots open which kishi is keeping at his hands

In any case, Sakura has parents that have yet to be seen or mentioned aside from Sakura being told by relative at the very least to do something while she was sulking in her room after Sasuke left the village. Might have been an anime only thing though.

This is true at least for Ino, Shikamaru, and Chouji. Can't really say much for anyone else since it doesn't really seem to be the case for the rest of the teams. I wouldn't think they were all randomly partnered together though. Some guideline was followed for making the teams, just not necessarily on the basis of who the parents were partnered with during their Genin days.

This is usually the case for stories that are currently still ongoing. I don't see Kishi changing the main plot point away from Madara from here until the end of the story, but he could throw in some subplots on the way to shake things up.

I'm not sure if it was in the anime or manga, but it was said that the teams are build so that they are all equally strong. Which would make sense.

That may have been true when they were Genin but, as they are now team 7 cannot be beaten by any of their peers.

Team Kakashi

Team Kakashi, also known as Team 7, is a team led by Kakashi Hatake, which was formed after the members became Genin. The members were selected in order to balance out their talents: Naruto, the worst student in his graduating class, would benefit from Sakura's intelligence and Sasuke's proficiency with ninja skills. Sakura would similarly benefit from her more battle-capable teammates, whereas Sasuke would benefit from being forced to work with others.

Team Kurenai

Team Kurenai, also known as Team 8, is led by Kurenai Yūhi. Each member of the team specializes in tracking and locating things through use of the Hyūga clan's Byakugan; the Aburame clan's bugs; and the Inuzuka clan's dogs. When Kurenai became a whore...I mean pregnant in Part II, the team is led by Kakashi on some of its missions.

Team Asuma

Team Asuma, also known as Team 10, is the second generation Ino-Shika-Cho Trio (their fathers being the original). As such, the three team members are good friends and work well together, although they tend to bicker from time to time. According to Sakura Haruno, Team 7 also has the best teamwork with Team 10.

All three members of Team 10 are skilled at stalling opponents. They were led by Asuma until his death in Part II. Kakashi led them temporarily after that to help them avenge Asuma's death. (lol fail) The team is assumed to still be active, although without a permanent leader.

Team Guy

Team Guy was formed a year before the other primary Konoha teams; Guy wanted to wait a year before entering them in the Chūnin Exams. Team Guy specializes in close-quarters combat, all of its members using some sort of physical attacks. With Tenten being the only ranged fighter. And she is the hottest female ninja in the manga. Better looking than your mom.
