Nothing would happen if Madara and Sasuke switched eyes. The bigger question would be why they would do that.

QUESTION!
There's something that has been bugging me for a while.
in relation to the original Rasenshuriken that naruto uses, does the one that is thrown have the same effect (example, someone is inside the blast radius and is hurt by those so called microscopic wind needles.) or is it more focused on the cutting part as we see a pain body being ripped to shreads? In other words does the final version have both effects or a different one.

Both its more intensified because its stable and thats why it cuts through material before expanding where it continues to pierce its target on a cellular level.

It depends. Is Susanoo a living creature? And is That sword limited to only absorbing human beings/other animals?

I say no. Itachi's Amaterasu got sealed and he was still able to use it later on. So I believe even if Sasuke's Susano could get sealed with the Totsuka sword, all he would have to do is summon Susano again. Don't take this too seriously anyone....
