if he left the keys in level 5 i guess impel down will fall, if the prisoners of level 5 are of the caliber implied the guards would be most probably overrun, there should be catch about that!

by the way, it seems that ace & jimbei are in the lowest/secret level of impel down. they aren't in the freezing hell!
