probably what will happen is Number 4 will turn his head and talk to Inoue and Ishida and then hollow ichigo will grab his tail and stab/ cut Ulquiorra. Then it will go into some big convo about how its about time someone killed ichigo and how different they are then a bad ass fight will come about and inoue will scream at ichigo and just before the final blow to Ulquiorra Ichigo will pop back in and stop his hollow self.
