I think that dimension would explain alot of things. Maybe all the bijuus need to be summoned from another dimension, which would explain the 9 tails.

This was a pretty good episode, finally things are moving along. I loved the little tobi/diedara scene at the beginning. Ichibi, Nibi, and Tobi, lol. That was precious when tobi mocked diedara's art by calling it a ripoff. I'm gonna forgive the animators just for this episode.
