Hey i just Recently got this on PC and i noticed that when a Match Starts its slow as hell

I mean everything else runs great (Cutscenes, Main Menu) But once i get to a fight it Runs Very Slowwwwww

If anyone has this on PC can u tell me if i did something wrong =/
