Again, I mean VOLUNTARILY. Say, for example, if Grimmjow had released Pantera during his first fight against Ichigo(where he utterly pwned Ichigo), would he have been able to return to his human form?

Arrancar Pantera. When he looks like a panther, he was an Adjuchas then.

Well in that case it should be possible. most everyone who was beat turns themselves back to normal, just the original hollow form cannot be returned too.

i'm thinking that based on the top 4 espada being "vastlordes", maybe they have "two" resurrecions, like captain-class shinigami have "shi kai" and "ban kai". would make sense to a degree, being that arrancar's powers are shinigam based.

When was it said in the Manga that the top 4 are VL? I can't seem to remember for the life of me what chapter that was in... Being such an important fact it should be easy for you to point me to the proper page right?

Um, you're kinda getting off topic. This thread is about wether or not Arrancar can re-seal their Zanpakuto voluntarily.
