After many rumors it's finally official. Metallica and Linkin Park are going to have their own festival in Europe. The festival will be 2 days with Metallica headlining the one day and Linkin Park the other.

The festival will be held in 6 country's:

Holland, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Britain and Spain.

Confirmed Bands: Lamb of God, Machine Head, Mastodon.
Not 100% confirmed Bands: Slipknot, Pendulum, Nine Inch Nails, Anthrax.
