I know it's a katana, I just wonder if its power can compare to that of the Heavens-Blade. Also, I'm sure the reason Grendan and Zuellni meet probably has to do with baiting the monster out using Leerin and then the queen trying to release Saya. Dunno, but that's my guess as of now. Saya has definetly interested me. The whole Dog-mask lookin' dudes and their seperate world is also interesting. I figure they'll either have a season 2 or 50+ episodes.

According to anidb and wikipedia the next episode (24) will be the last, hopefully they'll continue but I don't know if they've altered the story to bring the anime to a conclusion. Originally Posted by Tadashi Seiren
I'd assume there's a ton of content to work with as the first volume ends at the same point episode 5 ended (though the anime left out a ton of Layfon's past that was explained in the first volume).

Just watched 24 and they did leave the possibility for a second season, seems to be something big going on behind the scenes that was still mostly unexplained.
