We know that Haku could use one handed hand seals, do you think Kakashi or maybe even Sasuke can now as well, as Kakashi saw it with the sharingan?
For that matter, do you think we will ever see it used again?

Fan of the Rasengan Doujutsu theory, even though it's dead. Although, he does have the special Uzumaki clan blood.
Good question. Well I think its something that Kakashi or Sasuke didnt put any attention into, and making 1 handed seals is something I would imagine takes years of practice and understanding on a practical level. Just "seeing" it does justify learning it in that respect. You have to actually practice it and master it to effectively use it.
^ Very true, but I wonder what kind of theoretical knowledge is needed to make that kind of breakthrough, as even Zabuza couldn't do it ( where did Haku, who was raised by Zabuza, learn it?).

if I remember correctly it was connected to blood line.

^ No, that was only the ice. At least that's what was said.

Ya, he used there water needels right? But ice is bassicaly water and wind (I suppose it was written somewhere), althought I don't know if there is any connection. Maybe with blood line you can preform it's element with one hand? But nothing suggested it with yamato (or maybe when he entered with team 7 the battle with kakuzu? he used then one hand, but then again it was just molding water with incompleted rasenshuriken)

well, if you really think about it, Zabuza did a one handed seal, lolz...to do a water clone jutsu.

I think Kishi has pushed the powers in the story too far towards DBZ explosiveness; things that were once considered highly difficult and skilled in the beginning of the series has been over shadowed by flashy techniques. I don't really see this making a reappearance, but if it does I can't really see a big deal being made out of one-handed seals when people are only focused on the next big Rasengen or Chidori. It's kinda funny to be honest; in the majority of manga the characters always take the "DBZ power-up" to improve themselves instead of improving their basics.
sasuke, kakashi and madara can do jutsu with "no hand seal" ...

You're talking about the MS? I thought that still required seals?
