All the sites I go to that have the anime for download always update the section like this eps 43/52 etc, so it seems like it, I can't say thats confirmation though, it could just be 1 season or something like that.

I'm with dark_atom. I think is just the first season. (If not, they'll end the anime without telling anything important about the story)
