Decided to order the Clannad Season 1 complete collection on a whim. The anticipation is killing me! >_<

18 was such a sad episode. The scene with Ushio and Tomoya in the field had me on the verge of tears. Looks like he finally realized what his father was trying to do all of this time. Ushio losing her robot was sweet. She only wanted to find it cause it was the first present her father had given her. I know something very sad is going to happen here but if KyoAni uses the True Ending for this series it will go down as one of the greatest shows of all time in my book.

Or do you think that the part where they put in the "I'm Home" for Tomoya was talking about how him and Ushio are going to Tomoya's house(Which I would assume is far away from his father)Don't forget though they say it twice... To Quote Akio in episode 3 of Normal Clannad series... Tomoya should say something along the lines of....
"Father, I love you! You're so cool. You Match(ed) so well with my mother(According to my grandmother)" Now if he actually did that I would be laughing my ass off... But the reality of the situation is it's probably going to be like this

Tomoya:Hi Dad
Dad:Tomoya-kun Konichiwa(OMG Kotomi reference FTW)
Tomoya:Here is my daughter <--Point Point
Dad:She looks a lot like your wife
Tomoya:I see....
Dad:Indeed...

The reunion Tomoya had with his father was really touching. Having Fuuko to brighten things up and then just transition straight into that was perfect. Fuuko is still as awesome as ever too.

I think it's a safe bet that there's going to be the True Ending in this series. Ushio can see the light too. Tomoya's setting things right and gathering the light so his dream can come true....

I almost cried when I saw the light.... I don't want Nagisa to come back.....I want her to just stay dead...

Highlights of the episode were the Tomoya/Akio/Sanae bit at the start... I loved that And the return of Fuuko...

Lets hope that Kyou comes back from her holiday next week..... She can teach Ushio how to draw something else... Typical of her teaching Ushio to draw Botan XD.

And Fuko wins the cosplay contest for cosplaying as a Dango

And regarding clannad as a whole... It ends after 23 episodes.....22 to be specific 23 is an extra episode so with 2 left...

Yeah My Anime List and other sources are all saying that there are only 23 episodes... Well technically 22 because the last one is going to be an extra episode like last time.. I still wonder if they are planning an OVA then....

Well the next episode is called The End of The World.... And the one after that is called Tiny Palms....

The Extra Chapter is called Events from One Year ago so I'm thining at this point Kyo Ani will Kill Ushio(The End of The World) and then they'll Kill Tomoya off(Tiny Palms) and then the series will end but in the Extra Chapter what might happen is they'll show what the Light in Episode 19 was about.
