Spoiler!I'm counting the endings as doing both the main story and then following that story into the After Story. Mind you, I'm not waiting for voices and I'm a fast reader. The endings you had so far it seems are the joke endings that make you notice your doing stuff wrong. I also have the Kyou / Ryou stories in progress, as well as Tomoyo.
I don't think those count towards total endings needed for the true ending, but I could be wrong. Hell theres even an ending where Tomoya goes crazy and kills everyone. And by everyone, I mean everyone. Theres also an ending where you can make Tomoya fall for Sunohara ... So yea, theres a lot to go though. I think at most I spent 2 1/2 hours straight playing the game. Also they could easier to 2 OVAs. But since they already did a OVA for Tomoyo I doubt they'd do another, since that was her happy ending.
At most their probably would do an OVA for Kotomi and Kyou. And to answer your question about Fu-chan. So far nothing leads me to believe she will be back. At most we'll see her in the anime as a means for Tomoya to come back and make the right choice, like how she randomly pop up.

No, I never got to see that ending in game. I haven't bothered with getting to that ending yet. Also, from what I seen online there really isn't any CG images of it happening, just some text saying it did. But there is this site

I know the graphics in the game aren't that good... And there aren't any animated sequences(To my knowledge) but I strongly recommend you do play the game. It is way way way deeper than the anime.... It's probably because of the Hentai usually in Visual novels that makes the people in charge of importing leave it completely.... Tomoyo After is another game I would like to play...But since it's untranslated theres little use for me to get that...I would play it despite the Hentai for it's sadness... The manga even confirmed it. Very sad story...
