i kinda wonder if even one of the espada really has full shinigami powers (probably not since i can only imagine fully transformed arrancars with complete shinigamification as a hollow ichigo lookalike person) though ulquiorra looks most like a inner hollow, maybe he is closest of 'm all, but isn't the most powerfull of them..
