once long time ago i read a manga about a boy who once was a warrior but have forgot. so basicly its about boy meets girl he gets attacked by a monster and then he remembers.. just read a few chapters but the problem is i cant remember its name so if this sounds familiar plz help!

Dragon Quest / Fly ?

I can't think of much shonens with properly warriors characters; with armors and such. It could be Saint Seiya as well, Dragonball, etc... as zidane21ps said; you should think a bit more and give some more details about it.
