very interesting manga in many ways.
It doesnt explain the black side of the japanese hospital-system in as much detail as Black Jack ni Yoroshiku, but it's interesting to watch them ovecome their struggles.
The scanslations are indeed incredibly slow tough :/

Both Black Jack and TMD started in 2002 and their last chapters ended in Dec. 09. Who knows when the next one will be, but I can't wait. Now that I'm actually in med school, these mangas make a lot of sense.
