As bad as what I'm about to type sounds, it is the truth. No matter what, you can access websites or etc when you're banned. You just need ways to bypass the filters that were created.

IP bans are simply IP changing, since no free site will purchase a mac ban application like the big sites (nintendo forum, etc) uses. It might take you awhile to eventually get through with the IP address releasing and renewing, but you can.
