its getin to the stage where every episode can be an all out war. Just out of curiosity, due to the elric brothers not able to channel alchemy anymore instead they recieved a new power. Does anyone know what it is?

No...it's still alchemy. They just weren't able to use it when they were with 'Father'.

i missed 28-30 and episode 27 seem to be all recaps of previous episodes. looks like Greed is back though, i have to watch these then.

i'm personally not sure where they are currently at in the anime as far as the manga goes, i'm gonna guess anywhere between chapters 30-35, i think. i'm probably dead wrong there though.

The series has a great way of expressing emotions. Dr. Nox's scene with his family was heart-warming.
