I thought a thread like this would be nice. Basically what you do here is upload your music(whether it be an album, or just a single song) and share it here in this thread. It can be anything you'd like other people to hear. Also try to add a small summary of what your pimping, just to give the music lover a small idea of what your offering. Madlib under the alias The Beat Konducta released this album in 2007. It's completely produced by him and what the album basically is is favorites from Indian music remixed by him into a Hip-Hop form. I got my hands on this album yesterday and I've had it on repeat constantly since then. Seriously anyone could enjoy this album, it's a great album for everyone to listen to. I implore you to download it and give it a listen. Also don't forget to look at this video to catch a peek at how awesome this album is.

Kero One has been getting alot of iPhone play lately. Love the jazzy hip-hop beats. If you like Nujabes, then this is a must. I will link more later. :rock:

Right now i don't have a specific album to pimp, but rather an artist. His name is Ecid and I've been listening to the songs on his MySpace page repeatedly for a while now. I don't have any of his albums yet, but I will be getting them soon.

The reason I say this is my favorite album is because of the force of the songs included, I can place this cd into my laptop or car and listen to every track without skipping a single song. Which I'm a radio/song surfer, so to me this is an achievement. Anyone how likes rock rap should listen to this classic 90's movement band.

umm, I don't have any files to share, but I do have a project playlist with some of the music I like.

well in all truth, all the music we are discussing can be download illegally by use of limewire, torrents, e-mule, etc

that is how over 98% of my music collection came to exist.

hmm, well i meant file to share personally (like megaupload, sendspace, or whatever). of course i illegally DL too, but i prefer to purchase my music legally or in a store; but i also like free things, so i can't resist lol >.<
i' say only about 20% of my music is DL'd illegally. =0

True true true, I originally thought that as well when I seen this topic.

I only purchase albums when I know that they will be excellent, like the next album I purchase will certainly be Alter Bridge's "Black Bird" album when it becomes available later this year. Since their previous work was incredible.

For I'd download an album before buying it. That's how I am. There are a few music artists who are an exception to this rule though.
