I liked the episode as well. Byakuya's words and tone are so much more arrogant when spoken as compared to its written counterpart. The "Arrancar Encyclopedia" warranted a chuckle as well.

Censors seemed to have been asleep, Tesla falling to pieces was a nice surprise. Mayuri and Ganz, ready to measure who is better mad scientist, Byakuya showing some real speed and arrogance class and Ken-chan... being Ken-chan. Yachiru giving Ichigo extra beating was an anime extra, but a welcomed one. :D Yachiru-chan is always welcomed.
