You left out Pain v. Jiraiya
and Itachi v. Sasuke, diedara v. Sasuke.
Those were the some of the most notable fights considering people died in them.
They were more important than some of the fights you listed on your poll.

All my favorites so yeah, stupid poll! :( I voted for Gaara vs. Deidara tho.

EPIC

The poll taken from the shipuudden 1 to shipuudden 80 only. That's the reason I did'nt include j-man-pein, itachi-sasuke, oro-sasuke, deidara-sasuke and the previous battles in naruto part 1.

sasori battle my personal favourite cause sasori owns pity he died :(

I completely agree. Those three fights were better than all the ones in the poll.
Although, within the poll, surprisngly i found the Gai/Kisame battle the most interesting even though I don't really like taijutsu battles. o___0
