I would call it more of a limit remover, he always had it in him but just needed to push his body to the max level to wake it up and im assuming using the gourmet cells to the highest degree at the time made it come out too. Sani just got a whole lot cooler than Toriko all of a sudden! I hope he eats Tommyrod all up, I love how sadistic he is and all but hes such a bad guy he needs to be eaten lol
