even though how Kakashi got MS is suspicious

Sounds like the rain is tied into Pein's doujustu and he can maybe put people under a genjutsu just by being in the rain??? Maybe hes even like Sugetsu where he can kinda turn into water and travel through the rain??? I think the rain is suggesting some sort of forecasting and it means that when hes in it hes like unstoppable. Well thats my theory anyways. Yeah these spoilers sound kinda fakey but then again he is Akatsuki's Leader and maybe he really is just that strong that he can kill everyone in 1 chapter...

so another eye bloodline limit?
