Maybe you didn't know but this isn't a job, our admins / mods will visit the approval section from time to time in their free time to process them. What this means is there are groups who will wait and there are groups who will get it really fast, depending on when someone is there to approve it vs. when they submitted it.
Maybe you also didn't know but it's 4-6am in the world for most of our mod staff.
