I disagree, the way that he was detailing how Kabuto works was interesting and to the point. We all knew that dials would play an important part in the weapon because since Skypedia, he has been all about dials.
Look at Nami's climtact, it's all about dials now and a completely awesome weapon.
Look at how he fought against Luffy during Water 7. The impact dial was his secret weapon in that fight since he technically could not hit as hard as Luffy can, so he turned Luffy's own attack power back at him.
Plus Oda will probably have a better detailed version in the next color walk book or something.
