Sweet! I wasn't expecting the chapter today at all. Now we just needs a scans.
I doubt any scan will be out before a better raw is released, cuz that LQ raw is really bad atm.
Page 10 is missing.
Since a lot of translations are out and scanlations won't last very much, let's predict away.
Will Usopp simply hit the real Perona and defeat her? Does Perona still have some tricks unrevealed? Will this fight end in a few pages and then we will be in another fight? Which one? Will Oz be the Pirate King?

There's a complete scanlation by Endless in the Scanlations section, for those who don't know. The English is bad in some spots, but it's understandable and complete.
It was hard for me to pay attention to the fight sometimes because of the way Perona looks. Such a great outfit and body. Another masterpiece by Oda. :)
