At the same time, floating in the debree of a previous battle. Nik thinks about the loss of his subordinants..
"Did they all have to die..Carl,Sam,Mari,Lu..Why did the army send us for a hopeless mission..why did they use us as fodder...Why am i the only one left.. why did the light forsake me why.. why.."I questioned myself over and over again timed seemed to slow down..
After an hour Nik returned to his sences..
"I better go back to headquaters to report on what happened" i said quietly
Taking the contrals Nik tried moving his machine it wouldnt move at all. it seems it was out of power.
"A couple secends less and i would have bein dead now..Haha..God really is on my side" I said laughing
Floating in space laughing Nik awaits for anyone friend or foe

"The time has finally come! I get to test out my new armor."- I said that alittle to early. Moments before I was suppose to go attach and test the new armor for Syn. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I hope a transmission on my phone telling me to head the the briefing room. "I wonder whats going on now?"-I thought as I walked through the door.

General: Welcome Luca, we're going to get right into it. We have reports that a small terrorist group known as "Sipher" would launch an attack on Tokyo at 0600 hours tomorrow. The enemy is not on Earth as of yet. We want you to take care of them before they even break our atmosphere. Got it?

Luca- Yes sir!
(Luca exits the room)
I need to go calibrate my sniper.

General(still in the breifing room w/o Luca): That kid is weird isnt he? Always has those damn headphones in. I dont know if hes stupid or arrogant. If he wasnt our best pilot, I would get rid of him.

As the music hit its crecendo, Flair weaved in between his attackers in a lighning fast dance of death. Sitting in his cockpit he shoock with barely contained energy, and as the scream of his last foe faded, he allowed himself to let out a shuddering breath.

As he had headed towards the Acorn he had been attacked by some mech pirates, and judging by the insignia on the armour, the next missions enemy may have found the Acorn already... time was short and someone of his skill level was bound to be needed in such an attack... Flair set his engines for maximum output and sped off to help...

Meanwile in the conference room:

"We must get the Acorn Dion!", shouted the commander, "you need to help!, there's already help underway!"
"Like I care"
Yes, you care! Forgot what the eu did to your dad?
Dion became furious. He sprinted to his mech. There was no time to get a briefing.

Dion flew away in Di3 to the Acorn. He was serious now.......

Back on the acorn

The General turns back towards the group.
"Sorry about that, but this is a multi-front attack, so I'm having to deal with a lot right." The General said half-heartedly.
"Fine, just go on." responded freed.
"Alright, We have had a colony rebel. They are currently planning an assault on everyone they consider a threat. I have already sent a group to intercept the first assault, but I have not heard back from them since. I need you to go check out the situation, we believe a battle occurred. I will send the coordinates to you now."
The screen flashes once.
"We have received them, we will head there immediately." Commanded freed.
The screen goes dark.
"Well that guy isn't one for goodbyes is he." Remarked one of the crew.
"He is a busy..." Freed was interrupted
"Sir, we have a problem, multiple targets are heading towards our location!"

[:) Yes I will be joining the mechs soon....gimmie a minute ok]

Tick.... Zee slowly rose from her sitting position and with bare-feet trodded slowly towards the exit. She slowed her breathing considerably and clutched her bundle tightly in her right hand. The door was ahead of her and she thanked God for the small lamp that was kept on to appease the fears any children had of monsters lying within the shadows. The light was just enough to allow her to see her path.

Carefully she pulled the door opened, and peeked outside to see if anyone was present. The large grandfather clock ticked away, but aside from that...all was still. She paused only moments before swiftly darting across the large hall with feather feet, until she arrived at the front door. Her heart was racing and she fought to keep her breath under control. The front door loomed before her, but she remained undaunted and pulled the stolen key from her pocket. She inserted it and began to turn...

"Just what do you think you're doing little miss?"....she turned to face the person who had snarled.

As the general stood in front of the tactical command center in the Acorn''s bridge, the battle waging on the holo-projector in front of him didn't look good. With the exception of a few very highly skilled pilots, and one called Dion was excelling himself.
As he sighed in frustration at his helplessness, 6 red dots signifying enemies beeped and vanished. As this happened, a new blue dot signifying a friendly appeared in the middle of another group of rebels, and their 3 dots vanished too. "Christ, that guys a monster!" he growled in disbelief. "Communications, patch a line through to our new guest ASAP!", he communications officer hurried to the task. A few seconds later there was a burst of static over the bridge radios, followed by the sound of a fairly young guy: "This is Flair Uruke with the Cerebaton MK.II, sorry i'm late, I was delayed slightly by a platoon of rebels on my way..."
Onboard the Acorn, the bridge crew went silent at the mention of this name, broken by the weapns officer: "Damn, you mean THE Flair Uruke!? Those rebels are SCREWED! WOOHOO!"

Still floating the the emptyness that is space in his powerless mech Nik loses much of his mind confused about who he should be fighting for, and which path is really the righteous one
"The army they tell us nothing.. nothing.. NOTHING...use us all as pawns in there experiments to see enemys wepons..made fodder out of us, they play with us lives..use us as scapegoats but they go for peace..Rebels want to be left alone but at the same time crave power and prom.." Nik mumbles after be interupted by huge expolosions in the distnace
'Oh, Oh looks like theres another battle in the distance over there, once again the light shines upon me"
Nik Pressesa a small button on his screen and a flare shoots out of his mech causing a large bright to cover the area surronding the mech
"I wounder who will come..my destroyer or my savior?" Nik thinks to himself

(um... Otogakage, the general is not actually on the ship. He was at teh Military base, communicating with us. I'm in charge of my own ship too, it's not connected to the military in any way we just get jobs from them. Also Dion is fight against us.)

After leaving the rebels to Flair Uruke, the Acorn heads towards space.
The Acorn breaks through the atmosphere and begins searching the area around the coordinates sent to them.
"Sir," pipes up Jack "we have something on the radio, an sos signal"
"Concentrate on it, what bandwidth is it on?" respondes Freed.
Jack checks the signal before answering, "It's military, sir."
"Good, get weapon systems ready and make a slow approach." Freed begins commanding, "Yo, Kay, and Lauren, escort us in your mechs"
"YES, SIR!" they respond simultaneously.

Several Hours later

"No bogeys to report, looks like theres only one active mech." Jack rolls out.
Freed sighs with relief, "Good, lets go pick him up."
Together Yo, Kay, and Laurn bring Nik into the bay.
Ganta Freed walks down to the bay to greet his new visitor.
As the cockpit opens Ganta stretches out his hand, "Welcome to the acorn soldier."

Oh right, sorry redsquirrel i got a bit confused... =S
