He may be Obito or a new Uchiha character... I mean he could be one of the people that Itachi said who can use the Mangekyou Sharingan... He said that there is 3, so who is the last person? Kakashi?

Wasn't the third one Madara?

Tobi could also be a simply new character who stole an eye from Madara...

I think they are going overboard with sharingans, soon enough everyone and their grandma will have sharingans.
We need more characters with different bloodline abilities, bring some of the old ones back or get some new ones. Also, it would be good if there is an anti sharingan bloodline, like dare devil or something (radio sense, blind = anti sharingan.)

Well imo I think Mandara is dead, he's been round long enough, unless he uses some jutsu to keep him alive (which I think will be stupid imo). When Naruto fights Sasuke in the valley you see the two statues of Uchiha Mandara and The 1st... But we shall see in a few weeks time, the story is finally being revealed!

I think when he meant "My Power... Uchiha Madara's Power" he is not Uchiha Madara's but he meant the "Sharingan's Power" instead :P

Im also getting seriously annoyed that everyone can "see" that Sasuke will surpass Itachi.. Everyone we though was strong has been owned by Itachi and Sasuke don't come close to him in development (mater sharingan at 8, graduated at 7, ANBU leader 13, cut Oro arm off 13-14, owned Kakashi 18) and EVERYONE says, "U have the potencial to exceed Itachi" ... BS ... I dont think we have seen anyone stronger than Itachi in Naruto's world yet.

LOL, you know why itachi was talented so young. It's only cuz sasuke eyes wil develop later but it'll become stronger.
