look all im saying is what would be more bad ass than a dragon samurai who learned how to fight around zoro and luffy. ? maybe he and his dad both join the crew. and i mean with the scout thing i mean if he could fly that would be helpful. and oda could just creat something to get a giant on the ship but i agree having a giant join is not really appealing to me after seeing so many giants take such a beating. a human who ate a giant DF or a giant who ate a size DF. i still think a proper helms men is needed but that might just be me.

No one will join this arc. The crew did not express the need for someone new at the beginning of this arc and no one is going to be replaced.

The Merry never really 'left' though, Franky said the spirit of the Merry still exists in the Sunny, sometimes you even see the Sunny make faces like the Merry did.
I think if any of the Strawhats leave/die it will be Usopp, who else could it be without seriously hurting the Crews Strength/Knowledge?
