i have no clue to cleaning but I will say, well done light.
There is a thread here someplace that was made by blud to help you with your cleaning technique also i think there is one by banana_samurai that i think is quite good.
Still not optimal, but not bad.You still have to remove some dark dots and spot and you also have to redraw some of the lines. (You picked a horribly scanned page as your first attempt, though.)
I think at some stage you're doing something to the grays that's making them less consistent, most notably on Gokudera's hair. This may actually be just from uploading to an image hoster because bizarrely I've noticed that can happen. Unfortunately this page also had a little redrawing in the upper left-hand corner, I think you may want to just leave the text there and let the typesetter freak out about it because that's probably the single most difficult thing to do.
But yeah, it's not a superb RAW, and it's a good attempt, I'd recommend scouting around this forum for some more tips, and in particular (IMO) chiresakura's thread has some very useful stuff there.
