Didn´t Yamamoto mention that Sunsui and Ukitake were trained by the old man himself? Those three and Aizen are probably the strongest captains in the gotei 13.
They both are pretty old, the only person older than them being old man Yamamoto. My friend says that Ukitake might have power over the water element, and Shunsui has power over the wind element. Let's just hope Ukitake's illness doesn't hinder his fighting ability.Quote:

I've never really wondered about Vaizard match ups since besides Shinji's and Grimmjow's fight there really hasnt been any 'bonding' between the two, but Im guessing they'd be more inclined to battle Tousen, Gin and Aizen (since they maybe knew each other in the past)

Kenpachi vs Noitora
Ikkaku, Hitsuguya, and Renji will also most likely have some part in it.

There's one thing I'm anticipating and that's Hisagi finally having a goddamn fight. He's constantly being ignored, the poor guy. He's a vice captain and we don't even know the name of his zanpakutou! I'm rooting for a Hisagi-Tousen showdown... On the condition that Hisagi wins, of course :D
Others: Time for something unseen before, so I hope we get to see at least Urahara, Isshin, Ukitake and Kyouraku in full action. Can't really name any match-ups though. (Why did I post in this thread?)
