That is a Chinese raw and against pretty much everyone's rules to use. It earned 4 people 2 week warnings today. No Japanese raw has been released due it being a holiday over there, and it shipping late. They will show up very late tonight or tomorrow.
edit: The warnings were not for posting the raw but posting a scanlation that used the Chinese raw.
