Well, the Manga is up to scene 73 as of right now. The most recent Scene to come out is Extra Scene 1. It seems like the next 1-3 releases will be following this, then it will go back to the main storyline.
I personally love this Anime, and Manga. I watched the Anime first, liked it so much I ended up downloading and watching/reading all 11 episodes (the most out at the time) and all 73 Scenes of manga. I can't wait to see or read more of it, and it kills me that it is Monthly.
But hey, too much of a good thing is bad right...? I wish the person who said that was shot.
This has been one of my favorite anime since I downloaded episode one. I fear the wrath of the fillers if it will be a while before they would have enough material for season 2... who knows they may take a page from the bleach manga and make one fight take about 6 episodes.
This manga is awesome. Ive started with the anime, and then cud not wait for the next episode to come out, so i DL the manga, as from the episode where Clare meets up with Ophelia, the suspense was soooooo killing me..... :) :p
I think they're doing the anime just to promote the manga... I'd never start reading the manga if I hadn't seen the first few episodes. and IF there's gonna be a season 2, it wont be in the next 2 years...
I assume that the anime is going to last until they all "die" in the invasion of Pieta
People shouldn't compare Claymore to FMA, they're uncomarable!!!
2 Years?, 2 years is too long, at the moment, the only thing easing the withdrawal symptoms of having to wait a chapter to come out monthly are the weekly episodes, so i hope they make 2nd season asap after the 1st ends
Anyone reading the manga? I'm ashamed to say i only discovered this awesome manga when they released the anime >_<. For those who are interested, its on onemanga.com .. there's also a torrent file of all scanlated claymore chapters to date that was recently uploaded on tokyotosho.com ^-^
