I loved FLCL which is very childish as well. I usually try not to let "maturity" get to me. xD

im surprised no one mentioned HELLSING. manga and the ova. read/watch those. NOW.

Try Samurai 7. It's about 7 samurai fighting against the bandits for a village. The storyline is really good and the music and action are awesome. Graphics are pretty decent.

I like many of the animes you've watched. Kuroshitsuji is my favorite, you should check it out.
