I used to think a lot of things, but after having seen it in it's entirety recently I would have to say Death Note without a doubt.

Very hard to answer, but I think I'd say Death Note or Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu!

fullmetal alchemist, vampire hunter d I & II, hellsing ova, kimi ga nozomu eien, gankutsuou, karas, melancholy of haruhi suzumiya, fate-stay night, and princess mononoke.
RahXephon, Elfen Lied, still a fan of Bleach, FMA, Excel Saga and Full Metal Panic: TSR are a few of my top choices
Favorite current ongoing anime is Claymore.
Favorite completed anime is still Neon Genesis Evangelion (and we're getting new OAVs soon, yay!)
Favorite OAV is either FLCL or Hellsing Ultimate.
Favorite movie has to go to Escaflowne, though a close runner up would be Princess Monoke.
