all in all narutos world is weird period they have motor boats but they dont have any thing else thats all futuristic besides making food
well it dosen mater how the akatsuki leader look the thing is that he is more stronger then all other in the team of akatsuki
AL does look like Naruto, so maybe he's Naruto's brother or something that everyone thought had died when the kiyubi attacked but was rescued by the new boss guy (the one in the shadows)
