I really doubt a previous Hokage would betray Konoha and try to kill their ninjas. I understand that Sasori betrayed his village by kidnapping and pretty much killing Gaara, but he's wicked from the beginning.

I hate piercings, so hopefully this guy can fight like no other. Id rather find out why the 4th put Kyuubi in Naruto to begin with (sorry to go off subject). In my personal opinion Id rather him be a new character.
Honestly I more interested in who the female member is cuz up until now she hasn't said a word and always seems to be near the AL which leads me to think that she in fact is the leader but lets the guy talk for her, I dont know this is just speculation.
