steven segal would be a good croc in my opinion and he has the hair to go with also the bad ass look and give him a coat , Cigars . done

naw he does not look enough like him and his character is to different for him to play. like i said its right up mark's ally

maybe zac efron (or w/e his name is) could play luffy
he has a huge mouth if i recall correctly and the shape of head.

Barney makes an awesome doflamingo. Can't find anyone good enough to be Luffy except maybe Jay Chou from Green Hornet.

IKR! NPH was made for this role.

I don't think that One Piece should be made into a live action movie... But if it were, you got to have a relatively young cast, for everyone except Franky and maybe Robin... So that means I would probably higher a lot of unknowns... But that's no fun...

So...

1. Luffy - Someone Elijah Wood-esque but younger... He needs to have a Huck Finn quality to him... Maybe Michael Cera?
2. Zoro - I have no idea... I guess this is what casting calls are for... If i had to pick... Jason Momoa (if he can play Drago... why not Zoro?)
3. Usopp - Actually I agree here, Julito McCullum would do a good job I think...
4. Nami - I was debating this for a long time... But I think that Emma Stone has the right sort of personality for Nami, even though she's probably physically wrong.
5. Sanji - Brad Cooper if he were younger... I hate to put anyone from Twilight in, but I think that Jackson Rathbone could probably do a good job... BTW Gordon Ramsay I think would be good (as a cameo) for Zeff
6. Chopper - I don't know... lots of voice actors to choose from... maybe Nancy Cartwright (you know, from The Simpsons)
7. Robin - Michelle Forbes if she were younger... Ellen Page if she were older... What does Thora Birch look like now?
8. Franky - I hate to say it... but maybe, just maybe... The Rock?
9. Brook - I'm going to say Mos Def. I don't know why...
