Bleach filler arcs aren't that bad(If you ignore the new captain filler :/). I enjoyed the Bounto and the Muramasa arcs so i wouldn't mind if they showed an arc of that quality.
It's the single filler episodes and the very short filler arcs thats horrible.

Personally, I think Bleach should have stopped at the end of this episode or episode 309. I mean, Aizen's been defeated so the entire plot has sort of finished. The new story arc is fine, but you get the feeling that everything has already ended... they should have just done a bleach season 2 with an entirely new main plot
