my theory on the parents and how they know about it is that they were in the first eNIGMa event. They don't say how many years ago it was, but there is one hole in my theory, they say that the prez is the first ever to survive, so sumio's mom couldn't have been a participant. meh, idk o_o
I too think that Sumio's mom was in the first e-test. Maybe she is/was a shadow and as for Sumio's dad, I think he is enigma itself.
On a side note: When Aru disappeared, and Kurisu showed up, it reminded me so much of Teddy from Persona 4.
So if Matsurigi is the first person to get out of the e-test, how did Haiba's mom know about Enigma?

I have a feeling that it was mentioned or hinted that Enigma is a demon/monster created from the subconsciousness of the power/talent users... or was it another manga ?

I think that aside from Sumio and Moto, Aru will be attacked
to prevent him from reading the pass on the clock
and someone will have to use his ability to save him.
