I hope he can like compress himself or something, but I got to admit he looks INSANELY stronger, we might get more of a monster trio now.
God Trio: Luffy, Zolo, Sanji

BF-37 version looks way more fearsome and I believe that was what Oda was going for with Franky. It terms of appearance, Franky has been the most fears, being the most muscle bound of them all. Increasing his size and making him look more like a cyborg was how Oda improved his appearance. Franky was also introduced later like Brook and like Brook, those two have had the largest change in appearance. They were just introduced, so they are aloud to change drastically.
Also, Zoro looks wet. Meaning he was swimming. Meaning he doesn't have a DF for those who thought he did.

I told him to wait on the boat, but he got on the big ship next to it and fell asleep
I yelled out to him that that's the wrong ship, but he won't wake up.
The coated pirate ship started submerging... they went to fishman island!
Sanji is muttering about how Zoro got there first, but he still ended up getting lost
That's when a commotion started at the harbor
Bubbles started bursting on the surface of the ocean, and a broken ship floats up
Crowd wonders if the coating failed, or if it was attacked by Sea Kings.
Then they notice someone in the ship
