Mangastream gave an update yesterday, "Our JUMP series (including #Naruto and #Bleach) won't be out before wednesday night / thursday morning this week. (Pacific Daylight Time)". Moments ago their ETA on Naruto was 4hrs.
Why you couldn't have found this out yourself tensa zangetsu, I have no idea.
