A girl in my class wanted a Lichtenstein-like photo.
pretty cool work on the first one.
also, you can get styles for photos from deviantart to change the photo colors like this though
I use Illustrator only, though :P

This was an illustrator/photoshop test for someone who wanted a Batman wallpaper. lol :P
It's still a work-in-progress, I'm not really sure on how to continue with it yet.
