Well, I one of the Supernovae could qualify... Other than that I can't think of anyone that would take the position.
But honestly I think that they're going to leave the position open now that they have the Pacifista to rely on.
they cannot rely on pacifistas they can only kill weaklings someone at shichibukai level can defeat a pacifista easily.they are useless against strong opponents.
Shichibukai level? Funny you meantion that because Luffy beat two shichibukai level people yet he could not defeat the Kuma clone. I would like to see your thoughts on this one.

Since the WG is getting rid of the shichibukai(Moria) I doubt they will fill in Blackbeard's spot. Soon Boa will be demoted as well. I never understood what was the reason behind forming this group in the first place, since they always did as they saw fit. Maybe the WG finally realised that.
