ok i thought this would be on of those threads that could be here for 5 min. or 3 years so lets see where it goes.
if these people where with the milatary could they B an admiral let c where this goes. if there is an option missing please feel free to put it in but be prepared to defend it with ur life. LOL. and luffy ill put him on there cuz there will be one person to defend it even though i detest the option. and b4 i get picked apart i know there are stronger people but i left out the obvious. and you can pic more than one in the poll

Well Magellan was trusted to guard the most powerful villains captured by the government that is saying something. Even though he was overrun. Still Enel was said by Oda to be powerful and Luffy just one because his fruit counteracted electricity.
