Nah looks like Obito and Rin are not in this instead Chouji's dad and Shino's Dad.
It appears Jiraiya is as well. Also this is before Kakashi lost his eye so no sharingan Kakashi which will be nice for a change.

The thing about this movie is the rasengan! i want just to see a movie without that techniq! a movie about the the past of Minato and Madara and the first hogake or something like that.
A movie about Minato or even Jiraiya will surely have the Rasengan in it.
Rasengan is this series' Kamehameha.
