Oda has 2 draw every week 18-20 pages full with new storyline...
I dont wanna know how creativ he is O_o'

Well, he have a team that help him at artwork and some people helping him sometimes with the storyline. He really works hard, but he's not the only one in the making of One Piece's manga :P
