The weird thing is that they're aware of Aizens Zanpaktou abilities and yet they're always surprised again when he creates an illusion WTF?
I guess Yamamoto just waits until Aizen killed everyone and then he'll burn down the whole area with his Bankai and there will be no Aizen etc anymore! Probably his masterplan.
