Well guys we have to remember, i don't think this was supposed to be the chapter before the break remember, oda got sick that pushed things back a week. So, It might have been meant to be more epic, But i loved the chapter i thought it was jsut as good as last weeks we got to see some seriously strong guys, I can see the fish man guy befriending luffy, Also, i think that his punch, will be pawned, by some one, The fishman, ricky, bellamy, bartolomeo, someone.
I also have a theory about ricky. I think he could be a White beard pirate, who could have been a former gladiator. Maybe fosa
the way hes holding the sword seems similar, and the flames on his helmet could mean his flame sword. But the only hole in that is the White beard tattoo on his arm , but he could be hiding that to keep a low profile.
^Ricky could be anyone but having a WB commander in the tournament makes sense. In fact it should be expected as BB already stole WB's df, they wouldn't want Ace's df get into someone else hands.
So Bellamy uses the shell from Skypeia(forgot its name) to absorb and reflect the punch?? :O
What you talking 'bout, Jack?! Bellamy isn't using any Dials. He's advanced his Spring Spring powers.

^I think he's just coming up with a hypothesis. Bellamy went to Skypiea and stole the gold pillar, so why not steal a few more things as well. Dials are probably priceless on the blue sea, as well as extremely useful, so it is quite possible Bellamy may have taken a few with him. It would defiantly improve his fighting, impact dials would work fantastically with his ability, as the springs would absorb the recoil.
Ricky being Kyros was my first thought aswell. But he already looked old on the statue made 20 years ago. So I have second thoughts, either it's Kyros or a disciple of his. Cross' speculation is very possible too!

3) Yep, that punch is 90% for Bellamy - who will neutralize it with his spring spring no mi !
Barto was a Boss this chapter !!
Yeah, Ricky being kyros' student or perhaps son, was also the first thing that came to mind.
It could be Kyros himself, but he seems a little young for that to be the case.
Love it how Bartholomeo isn't doing shit and how no-one is attacking him lol.
The subject of a WB-commander being in the tournament intrigues me, and it'd make sense if that were the case. Though ricky deffinitly isn't fosa (just my opinion).
A punch that could make a younko succumb... yeah right
I'm interested to see what would happen if Bellamy used an Impact dial to store the punch from the King. That would be a potent attack to have stored, but I wonder if it would be too much power in the punch and it would destroy the impact dial.
Did I miss something this chapter? Why is everyone mentioning Bellamy fighting with an Impact Dial? Yes, he went to Skypeia and brought back the golden pillar; he may have even brought back some rare dials. Sure. But I don't see why numerous people are making the assumption Bellamy has an Impact Dial in his possession and may use it within this tournament. As far as I have seen, Bellamy has improved his DF powers to be deadly. He shouldn't need a dial to compensate for his 195 million beri "weakness."

At least that is my take on it. The real question is if the punch, despite being absorbed by the dial, still manages to cause some recoil/repulsion to the one holding the impact dial in the first place. Very intriguing idea, and if Bellamy does in fact have one, I'd love to see this theory occur just to have an answer.
Still, Bellamy should be beyond artificial strength.
Like others have said, an impact dial would work wonderfully with Bellamy's ability. The recoil from using the impact could actually be used to 'wind' up another punch (similar to Luffy's bazooka). He might also be able to store that impact of the second punch as well, meaning his own version of jet gatling.
